Free/Tuition Free Masters Degrees

Dear Colleagues,

I hope everyone is doing fine. 

I would like to know about Free of cost / Tuition Free Masters Program.

The only ones I can think of is University of the People and WorldQuant University.

Are there any other tuition free / free of cost Masters Programs.

If you are willing to look at a Christian School, the Luther Seminary in St Paul, MN offers a full tuition scholarship to all accepted Graduate students... both in person and online.

I've been corresponding with them via email. The biggest hurdle for anyone will be the faith-based aspect of admissions. I was told this via email:

"I will note that our Admissions Committee, especially in regards to credit-bearing programs (i.e. Graduate Certificate, Master's and Advanced programs), take seriously an applicant's ability to articulate their Christian faith and a community-oriented purpose for pursuing their degrees (i.e. serving a community, broadly speaking)."

Not entirely free, but you pay a small course fee and receive a quality education through some ranked European schools. There are currently three available options (there used to be more), and additional options if you choose to attend in person.

Are there degree valuable same like getting degree in US?

Not University of the People masters. Sure, "tuition free" it is, but you pay for exams and total is $5000+.
Yes, huge number of students is on often very generous scholarships - but those are for bachelor, not for masters (with exception of education masters, but that is not universally available either).
You can study tuition free in many countries, at least in Europe in person. But you probably meant online, so that doesn't apply much.

It means that you need to be a professing Christian, or at least convince the admissions committee that you are, and then continue to be one or to convince everyone you are one for the entire time you are attending the school. It also means that you need to be involved in some sort of Christian ministry, but I believe that is more broadly defined and could be a service-based ministry, not necessarily one where you are a pastor or teaching doctrine or theology.
