Free/Tuition Free Masters Degrees

Dear Colleagues,

I hope everyone is doing fine. 

I would like to know about Free of cost / Tuition Free Masters Program.

The only ones I can think of is University of the People and WorldQuant University.

Are there any other tuition free / free of cost Masters Programs.

If you are willing to look at a Christian School, the Luther Seminary in St Paul, MN offers a full tuition scholarship to all accepted Graduate students... both in person and online.

I've been corresponding with them via email. The biggest hurdle for anyone will be the faith-based aspect of admissions. I was told this via email:

"I will note that our Admissions Committee, especially in regards to credit-bearing programs (i.e. Graduate Certificate, Master's and Advanced programs), take seriously an applicant's ability to articulate their Christian faith and a community-oriented purpose for pursuing their degrees (i.e. serving a community, broadly speaking)."

Not entirely free, but you pay a small course fee and receive a quality education through some ranked European schools. There are currently three available options (there used to be more), and additional options if you choose to attend in person.
