The Michigan Education Association has announced that its members, family members, dependents and retired members are eligible for free community college at Eastern Gateway Community College in Ohio.  This program was started by the Ohio Education Association and several Ohio unions are a part of this.  I'm going to try and track down which unions beyond the MEA participate.  Link:
