Hey JanusthePhoenix,
Passed mine too and glad to be done with it! I didn't feel all that confident on some of the questions but I love how they through those "freebies" in there that seem to even things out.
Congrats to you! I knew you'd ace it - there was never a doubt in my mind!

Thanks, Nick94. It never ceases to amaze me how the tests that I am sure I "could pass without studying at all" are the ones I score least on and the scary, icky tests are the ones where I get the best scores. Weird.
However, I just hope the scary, icky trend continues on to Finance!!

Alleycat,
It wasn't too bad, but certainly not my favorite by a mile. Let me know when you are taking it and I'll forward you along my Barron's Bus Law book if you need it. It was the only resource I used except for very briefly looking over the Cheeseman notes mentioned in the specific feedback for this exam.
One thing that I wished I had studied more was the specific Uniform Commercial Codes (i.e., UCC 9, UCC3, etc) and what they applied to. Otherwise the feedback is correct. Know a lot about perfection of a security interest (and not just a surface knowledge), checks (payee, maker, etc.,) and what each type of bankruptcy is (Ch 11 Bus Reorg, Ch 13 Consumer Debt Adjustment, etc) and you'll be fine.
Let me know if I can help you.

Thanks jadechow,
I am in Business Law right now. We are using the Cheesman text for the class. I was hoping to test out when I was done the class and everything is fresh in my already crowded mind! Thank you for the offer of help, because I just might take you up on it.
