If it can be math, LSU has Probabilty as a 300 level independent study course for around 400. Not sure if that helps, but I thought I'd throw it out there for ya! I'm always on the lookout for CHEAP upper levels so if you find one, please share!
Edit: if kinesiology counts as a science, Arkansas has an upper level for about 3 hundred.

Just got a pm about the learner dot org credits. I had forgotten about these. They are all for grad credit, most are EDU prefix, but 3 are science prefixes. They are pass/fail which wouldn't count for grad credit transfer, but these might transfer into undergrad as ul....I'm going to try and find out.

If we're talking about TESC Nat Sci credits, maybe the MIS DSST.

ECE Pathophysiology, pretty sure is 300 level, right?
The Ohio U Credit by exam, some of them should be upper level, ask your advisor about how they'd transfer.
