Not a discount, but some credit cards have welcome bonuses ranging from $200 - $1500 or more. The most value is derived from cards that have points you can transfer to airlines. Use this in conjunction with a second card that gives you interest-free balance transfers for 18-24 months and you might be able to complete your degree and enter the workforce interest-free before the full balance comes due. Most of these balance transfer offers require small monthly payments. Miss even one, and all the interest becomes due immediately.

In general, I don't advocate debt. However, if you have the self-discipline to make timely monthly payments, you could finance tuition at no cost. Please don't incur credit card debt that requires you to pay usurious interest.
