I would recommend if you can get it at the same time, that'll be ideal. 1 residency waiver, 1 grad fee, two degrees.
Check to see if you can finish a couple of cheap/easy/fast courses from Saylor/SL/Study.com in regards to CS/CIS.
If you take the Associates courses AFTER your Bachelors, you need to take at least 12 NEW credits in Comp Science.
