You can just copy ACE's list. They claim about 1,900 accept their ACE-evaluated programs, which is who would evaluate any credential. That said, I think they're blowing smoke.....

I believe that there truly are around 1,900 schools that accept ACE-evaluated programs, but many of them probably only accept the military recommendations. It's a good idea, though, and can also be applied to NCCRS' list of schools.

I really don't believe that they are lying. Thousands of colleges do accept ACE credits for military training. They may not give you credits for your Microsoft certs, but accepting military credit under ACE is enough to make that list factual.
