Grand Rapids Community College Challenge Exams
#1
Grand Rapids Community College in Michigan has eleven challenge exams for $55 each.  These are in person tests, but that is pretty cheap for multi-credit exams.  Someone could take a road trip and knock out a bunch of credits really cheap.

A lot fo community colleges I've seen have them or something similar, but they don't show up on transcripts in a way that is transferable, even to the Big 3.
