I did hear back from TESU today, now I was enrolled before April 1st so not sure if that matters or not, but they did approve my transfer of strategic management from Penn Foster.
So again contact academic advising if you are confused on whether or not they will accept strategic management and get it pre-approved before you enroll in the course. :hurray:

Yup! I got an email from them as well.. I haven't enrolled at TESU yet either.
For anyone who is planning on taking the Strategic Management Capstone at PF, do it now.
If you want to wait and test your luck/save some cash with the TECEP, it's all good too.
Here's the message I received.
Good Afternoon
I understand that Academic Advisement is stating that students are no longer permitted to transfer the Strategic Management course through Penn Foster. That information is inaccurate at this time and I will address this with the advisors. They have been asked not to plan the course because we do not know when policy will change and we do not want to plan a course for a future date which may occur after the policy change, when the course will not transfer. I have not received any official notification as of this date of when the policy will change and take effect. Therefore, I am providing you with the same information that I have given to others who have inquired. As of today, the Strategic Business Management course from Penn Foster is still transferrable and does meet our Strategic Management core course requirement. However, the transferability of capstone courses is under review and the current policy of accepting capstone courses most likely will change in the near future (if I had to guess, I would say July 1, 2016). If you are registered for the course before the policy changes, you would be permitted to transfer the course in. But, if you take the course after the policy changes, would need to take the course through Thomas Edison State University, not Penn Foster. So, to be on the safe side, if you plan to take the course, I would do so before July 1, 2016.
