Everyone Again, I just want to thank everyone for helping me making this decison.
As one of the members suggested I emailed the Director of Admissions at IUPUI (Indiana University-Purdue Universeity Indianapolis) Kelly school of Business to inqure if they accepted degrees from Excelsior College.

I already have the application from Excelsior and I am mailing my application tomorrow.

I am so excited and over the moon, knowing that I will finish my degree quicker and less student loans. It all started with his forum, as I wrote earlier on I had never even heard of Excelsior until few weeks ago when I read about member's postings. Yes Excelsior is the miracle I needed.
