I think that DSST Business Law II can be used as a business elective at TESC. In fact any business test/course that does not apply to your area of study would apply to business electives.
About DSST Business Math, that is the only exam I have failed yet, too. There were many questions requiring computations and not enough time to complete them. I then took the course at TESC and it was quite easy, just a pity it is so long and expensive.
