Help with the new TESC requirements and my plan for last remaining credits...

I am getting my BA in Liberal Arts and the change in criteria really set me back. I have 107 hours toward my 120 and finish my Liberal Arts Capstone this week which will get it to 110. I also have a 3 on the AP English Exam that hasn't been factored in yet (not sure what that will count towards). According to my eval I need:

- English Comp 1 (not sure if the AP test counts toward this, I have English Comp 2 already) (3 credits)
- Diversity or Global Literacy (3 credits)
- Personal and Social Responsibility Elective (3 credits)
- 2 hours from a free elective

I've had a hard time getting an advising appointment, any advice on any ways to get these done quickly? I am hoping to not have to take another class if possible and test out of these classes. I'm very close to having my degree done and really need it finished ASAP for a career opportunity that may be about to pass me by. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Good for you for being so close to the finish! I hope AP English will count; if not, CLEP is the obvious choice. For Diversity/ Global Literacy, you could take CLEP Introductory Sociology, DSST General Anthropology, or DSST Human/ Cultural Geography. For Personal and Social Responsibility, try the DSST Ethics in America. FEMAs are a good choice for the free electives. Good luck!

Did anyone confirm that Human/Cultural Geography would count? It should, but it wasn't included in a list another member got from TESC. How hard would it be for TESC to just categorize the CLEPs and DSSTs listed on their website? They take forever to do everything.

You are right; Human/ Cultural Geography is not on the limited list that TESC currently has up on the website. I thought someone had confirmed it here? On the bright side, though, the Intro to World Religions DSST will count.
