Yep. I've been logging in. They processed my ASU transcript almost immediately but I'm still waiting on the ACE one.

Hopefully we can get this nailed down. Seems as though there should be at least one acceptable method for Pierpont.
Did anyone try a paper transcript via Parchment?

You might want to email Nancy Parks and see if she can check what's going on. I emailed a couple of times and always got a quick reply from her.
After the first two weeks I emailed her and told her I had sent in everything requested and was wondering if there were any other steps that I needed to complete. That's when they started moving me towards the application to graduate. Even though everything wasn't completely logged into their system yet and there were questions about some of my RA credits.

You're probably better off for Sophia at least just sending both. It's only $15 for ACE and like $5 for Parchment. You can do it all electronically which is much faster than paper.

I just checked ROAR again and everything's finally been processed! Hooray! They must've done it Friday afternoon because I checked in the morning.
