I think the fact that i got some knowledge in Emergency Management & Planning could count for something since is a University .. I just do not know how to word it.
If you have other degrees, you could list it under your education section. Maybe something like this:
XX degree, concentration XX (anticipated 2011)
The University of ABC, Anytown, State
XX degree, concentration XX (date optional)
The University of XYZ, Anytown, State
coursework, Emergency Management (date optional)
Fredrick Community College, Townwhatever, State

If you do not yet have a degree, you can elaborate more on the content of what you do have. Since I'm pulling a sample out of thin air, I'll use culinary arts since I'm more familiar with those types of examples. Like this:
Pastry Series, Le Cordon Grew, Hicktown, IL
Completed a 1-month pastry courses under the direction of Chef John Dough, CMPC. Special topics included in Chocolate Centerpieces, Rolled and dipped truffles, and advanced piping technique.

So, you either are going to list it among or highlight it against your other education and training. If you have another specialized certificate or something else completed- you can put it in with that (using a combo of the two styles above.)
Good luck! I hope you land the job!!
