TESU transfering alt credits after doing capstone or during?
#1
Can't seem to find an answer about this in relation to TESU but can you transfer in classes after you have done your capstone or during? I am doing the double BACS / BSBA CIS degree and want to tack on the finance AOS to the BSBA but the study.com course limit per month isn't lining up well and I don't want to hold off doing the capstone.

Can I before I choose to graduate finish these up, send them it, and then graduate with them? I saw some colleges do not let you transfer in any other credits after you have started courses at the college unless you get approval. Does TESU have any issue with this? I just cannot find an answer anywhere in google or here no matter how much I search for it. I must not have the right wording to search it correctly.

This is fine. Your capstone should be one of your final courses at TESU but it doesn't have to be the very last one. TESU will keep taking transfer credits right until you graduate.
Note that TESU generally won't let you take a capstone until you have 100+ credits and nearly all of the major done.

I have another question what happens if you forgot to apply for the graduation before the death line, before you finished the Capstone, in a case that you have paid the flat rate, do you need to pay extra for the residency waiver later or they will moved you for the next graduation date thanks.

TESU - ASNSM ASBA, UNIR- Master Cyber Security
Completed:
TESU - BA Computer Science

As long as you have taken at least 16 credits at TESU in any time period, you do not have to pay the graduation waiver. Example: you go to TESU for an Associate degree. You do a flat-rate term of 16 credits. You will not pay a graduation fee. Then, 3 or 4 years later, you've decided to return for your Bachelor's degree. You complete the Bachelor capstone. Even though you only completed 3 TESU credits in the past 4 or 5 years, you still pay no waiver. You covered that with your Associate degree.

On the other hand, what you went to TESU for an Associate degree, only completed 3 credits for the cornerstone, and then paid the residency waiver to graduate? In that instance, the waiver would cover the graduation of a Bachelor's degree completed within 12 months of the Associate degree. It would not cover a degree completed 3 or 4 years later.

I also encourage people to add some other degree to their account before they apply to graduate. Normally once you graduate, your enrollment ends and you can't send any more credit in. By putting an associate's or bachelor's on your account, the enrollment will continue until it lapses because a year has passed without taking anything. This leaves room to send in extra credits needed for employment or licensing reasons, or even just to enjoy student discounts for a while longer.

If the need arose, you could even extend that enrollment by signing up for a TECEP.

The capstone for the BSBA is the same no matter which AoS you choose, so you can definitely add the Finance AoS and transfer in the 18cr before you apply for graduation, and it should be fine.
