Jessica said she added courses and I see them on my schedule; however, they are not reflecting in my YourPace under competencies. It has been about two hours since she added them.

I think it takes more than 7 hours to show up, but I never tried to figure out the exact timing.

I never figured out the timing either, but when they were added in the morning they didn't show until later in the afternoon.

About half a day, you'll be able to see it on brightspace immediately right after Ms. Winslow reply.

In the emails I have gotten back from Cody when he adds courses for me, they have always said "You will see it in the afternoon" or "You will see it tomorrow morning". I think there's about an 8 hour delay. Hopefully that changes with the move to Brightspace.
