Every case is going to be unique and for most people, it's a better deal if they enrolled before April 1.
You should get clarification from TESU and ask specifics about your situation and options or workarounds if possible.
For individuals who enroll after April 1, it's a whole different story. Just sucks as there's a cornerstone that might be the cheapest route to have a GPA. I was going to skip that and save time and money with TECEPS. Hmmm...
I'm just curious if someone has tried pleading with higher up the chain like a dean or manager in registrars office.

Why not sign up for a 4th TECEP just in case you fail one? Make sure the 4th TECEP is a super easy one.
