Sometimes the government agencies make stupid mistakes, this is no exception.... I mean, WTF, I was watching a video on this today and couldn't find that video again, but did find an article on the issue.  The Coronavirus spreading like wildfire right now and government agencies are "not up to par".

Yup. It was a giant mistake by current administration to defund pandemic team previous administration funded and put into place.
