I asked TESC why they hand out only general diplomas...

It is my funny little personality!!! :roflol: :iagree:

So let me get this straight.

You applied to TESC, they have not done your evaluation yet but you have decided to go somewhere else.

TESC has
no requirement that you take any courses from them :-)
no requirement that you pay for FEMA credits :-)
takes all CLEP, DSST,ECE and TECEP exams :-)
does not put your "Major"/concentration on your diploma:mad:

Excelsior/ COSC/ ESC Might have
requires courses including a capstone $$$
requires you pay to have FEMA credits transferred $$$
takes some Exams (you could get a grade for some which could screw up your GPA) Sad
MIGHT put your "Major/Concentration on your diploma
MIGHT take all your credits ( your Math courses are not 100 level so until you actually see something in writing you have no guarentee ANYONE will give you credit)

Well those are really good decisions:roflol:

Oh by the way
How long have you been on this forum???
Have you actually earned any credits since you joined???

I hate to be a *itch, but I and many others here have spent much time and effort giving you replies and answers and you have done nothing but talk and change your mind.:leaving:

Linda,

I'm finished with an ALEKS course! Yay to me Smile
I just thought if I was going to get concentration that EC-SUNY may just be a cheaper option for me.

But heck, you have some awesome points. I just thought I was actually majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences ya know?

So with this being said, I'll be frank. It's now my goal to earn the QUICKEST/most affordable degree possible and perhaps you have an awesome point. TESC just may be the way. I guess I shouldn't give up hope on them if that's my goal.

I've been running on 4 hours of sleep, per night, the last 2 weeks and have just been really rash. It's time for me to have a salad, get some sleep and get back to thinking straight.

I'm sorry if I upset you guys. You have really been angels answering my questions. Totally awesome about it. Please see my new thread. Would it be stupid for me to think I even have a chance of earning ANY type of Bachelors degree from TESC for less than 3k?

CS7,

I agree with Linda completely. All of this time you have spent posting and wondering you could had some of your much need credits done. CS7 you need to either start doing this or just letting it go. Please look at other threads before you keep asking the same questions over and over again. You can look and figure out how much your degree will cost. Just get a calculator out and figure out the cost of your degree. Enrollment fee + tests + much needed course work + graduation fees = CS7 finally has her degree.

Please look at Bain4weeks he did it 4 weeks. Look at 123college degree he did it in 6 months. These guys did this from scatch.

May I suggest that you develop a migraine headache that will only be cured if your boyfriend pays for your BA.

Good luck with your new plan!

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the 4 weeks thing.

I'm sorry, just trying to lighten things up. Correct response: No you can't get a TESC degree for $3000.

He actually had no credits and did it in 4 weeks. I am not going to explain it to you because you should look it up. You have 80 credits you need 40 more by my calculations. Not so hard to figure. LOOK IT UP!
