One of the thoughts in the back of my mind is eventually teaching, but somehow, I never actually took college math.
What happened was that I took statistics for my biz degree without the Finite Math pre-req. Registrar TOTALLY missed that. So, because stats is a higher level course, they said that I didn't have to take another math and could take an elective of my choice, which I took care of last week with the Sociology clep :-)
After I graduate this spring, could I take a math CLEP and have that count as the math credential I would need to teach? How would that work? Would I just have ETS send me the results and then submit it with transcripts later? I remember the alternative certification lady telling me that I could take a math class later and it would count...so I'm thinking a CLEP would too!
