Has anyone taking the Into to Business Law CLEP recently? If so, how did you do and how long did you study? I just signed up for InstantCert, and been studying the flash cards, I was trying to get a rough estimate of how long this stuff takes to get down, I've heard this class is generally hard at my school and am hoping to clep out so I don't have to take it. Thanks in advance for any input!

I used Barrons Business Law in addition to some use of Instacert two years ago and found the test fairly easy. I suggest not relying solely on Instacert for this one, but your mileage may vary. IIRC, you only need approx. the first half of the Barrons book- just compare the topics from the CLEP test summary to the book's contents.

I am taking it tomorrow....hopefully, if the computer systems at the base are operating properly.
I have used Barron's, free-prep-clep.com website, the Peterson free Clep practice test (link found on free-prep-clep site), and this website which is to student resources for a Business law textbook:
http://wps.prenhall.com/bp_cheeseman_bla...index.html, and IC. I feel fairly comfortable with the material....just a few hangups, depending on the wording of the questions.
