Hey all,
Just took Intro to Business Law this morning and passed with a 66!
As always Snazzle's advice was spot on.
I went through all the IC (non scenario) questions over 2 evenings, looked through the Barron's business review book and that was it.
If you have a business background, common sense, and have watched CSI, you should pass easily.
I finished in 45 minutes, the questions are a bit wordy, so if you read slowly, it might take a bit longer, but anyone should be able to handle this within 90 minutes (100 questions)
Now I can focus on Statistics!

Dadgum that was an early test! I think my testing center folks are still eating breakfast and kissing their kids goodbye at 6:30! Yes, Snazz's outline was great for that test. Congrats on thinking so clear, so early! That proves more than your knowledge of bus law! Great job!

I hear you on the Stats. I'm two tests away from starting that one and after some of the more recent posts, I'm feeling a bit afraid of it! I'll be rooting for you.

I'm taking Intro to Business Law on Wednesday and have been following Snazz's tips to prepare and, of course, IC and Barron's. Hope I can score as well as you did ridin8ude!

ACE, looking at the scores of your other exams, you will have NO problems.
Alot of material is duplicated from the previous exams you've taken. This test to me felt more like a business introductory class with a couple tricky law questions, rather than an actual law class.
on a side note, I actually took my exam in Manchester UK this morning, that's why it was so early e.g. 0900 GMT and then now I just arrived in Edinburgh, staying at the hilton, and have the Edinburgh castle right outside my window. How cool is that!
Monday morning I take the PMP from PMI. That will give me 3 upper level project management credits as well as professional project management certificate. That is if I can pass the 200 question, 4 hour exam...

Amy,
Don't sweat, you'll do fine. I took it last week after only a couple of days of study. Where as Marketing and Management were my highest scores, this test required the least amount of study to pass. Lots of common sense. Pretty straight forward. Used only Instacert.

I do think I'm ready to take Business Law. No pre-test jitters with this one. Hope it is a good sign.
