William Howard Taft and Weber State are the two that I know of that meet that requirement.
Edit to add Texas A&M Kingsville, but it’s a weird degree and Mississippi State, whose tuition is below that but has high fees.

Taft is NA DEAC. nosborne48 on the sister forum, a now retired attorney and judge, took its LLM Tax some years ago and speaks well of it.

Another consideration if you want to study the most advanced areas of taxation. Apply for tax law programs at law schools.

I just finished this program so I figured I would give my update. Yes, I took this very slow. I spread it out so that I could maximize my employer’s very small tuition reimbursement and keep my out of pocket as low as possible. I didn’t keep track of my out of pocket costs, but since I did pay some of it, I would estimate my total cost to be well under $4,000.
Early on, I felt unsure if I could finish. At another point I considered transferring. I noticed a lot of students copying and pasting from ChatGPT. It was blatant because sometimes they would even paste in the part that ChatGPT was saying TO them. Definitely some AI slop.
But…. I actually did get something out of the program. The course projects were often immediately applicable to my job. For three of my courses I did also pitch the ideas at work. Overall, it led to a few process improvements and throughout the program I have also gotten promotions and raises.
