I think another thing that people may not be noticing is that other countries, like Canada, have "3 year bachelor degrees" and they are seperate and distinct from the 4 year degree program offered in the same school.

I believe if you complete your ad through a computer based on-line survey system, it would be listed as 4 year college or university, meaning Excelsiors, or any state university. This being instead of a 2 year community college or technical training institute. It is probably a standard survey option and they only choose the 1 description and move on to the next question.
Is it listed in the newspaper or at careerbuilder or another online site?
