You virtually need to take/pay for two different courses when you made a lab course in SL, Study.com also have some lab-versions courses like Biology 101 - Introduction to biology that you can take in the lab version or the no-lab version.
When you take a lab version course like Biology 101 in study.com they count this charge it as one or two courses??

Study.com labs are required for the course and if you have read the course overview, it mentions the lab is required. This is 1 course you're paying for, and it's just 1 fee for the course. The lab fees are extra... In the case of Bio I, you get a virtual lab subscription of $40, they don't offer Bio II. For Chem I & II, you need to buy a lab kit for each course, I recommend getting the Chem I course from SL and lab from ed4credit, but take Chem II at Study.com. They do offer Physics I & II, but the lab credits are not available through them. For the off chance you want to get a Physics I Lab, go for the one at StraighterLine. You'll have to find another provider for Physics Lab II.

Im looking at the same now Charter Oak maybe is the best option. The only viritual lab is thru study.com what i see. For me, sending a lab kit to my country from the USA is very expensive.

Through study.com the Biology w/lab option is all virtual. That will meet the COSC requirement.

As i research, this are the valid options to meet the Science with lab request for COSC:
(All of them 100% online)
Study - Biology 101L: Intro to Biology with Lab
Study - Chemistry 111L: Chemistry I with Lab
SL - Anatomy & Physiology I - BIO201 + Lab
SL - Anatomy & Physiology II - BIO202 + Lab
SL - General Chemistry I - CHEM101 + Lab
SL - General Physics I - PHY250 + Lab
SL - Introduction to Biology - BIO101 + Lab

Study.com chem111L also uses a physical lab kit which is comparable to the SL one.
Study.com bio 101L is the only completely online, virtual lab that I know of(besides a few through actual colleges and universities).
