Hi all, I have only used Sophia and I have clicked "get your badge" several times for each course.
I just logged onto Credly and while my dashboard there shows all eleven classes I took from Sophia, both my "profile" and my transcript from credly/ace only has eight badges.
Any ideas? I sent a message to the helpdesk on credly already but I'm not holding my breath.
To add, my credly account is set to automatically accept new badges from Sophia. The missing badges are not new though. Nor are any older than three months.

I would suggest contacting Sophia as well. Their support can be spotty at times, but they're more on the ball than other providers. They should be able to get things straightened out for you.

Contact them I had missing badges because I had multiple Sofia accounts, they didn't have a problem with that before the monthly membership. Anyway, I had to enter each email I used on Credly then have Sophia resend them to get them all on one Credly account.

Well, it turned out to be my fault. I did not realize badges had to be set to public in order to appear on the transcript Credly will send to schools. So that is sorted. Thank you guys for your help.
