Last day of classes question - milestones

Last day of classes question - milestones

So I just finished the fundamentals of finance class and finished milestones and was able to take the final without all the milestones completed. I'm wondering if it is class specific where the final is locked behind affirmed milestones. Checking a few minutes ago, four of the milestones still haven't been affirmed.
