I have just checked Chichester. It seems that they no longer have that webpage for online MBA (top-up anymore).
The previous webpage returns 404 not found:

And I can't find the program through the keyword `Chichester mba top-up` anymore. It only returns back the normal MBA (Part-time) program.

Right now uniAthena.com have an offer for an MBA from Abertay University (Scotland) for $6k. This price includes taking their inhouse diploma and then topping up the last 60 UK credits from Abertay Uni.
