I got 3 classes waived based on the combo of my undergrad degree, recent refresher courses completed (Finland online), work experience with finance and accounting, and PM/Scrum certifications. I completed 9 classes, with 2 classes for most 7-week terms and 1 winter term class.

Congratulations on your success and thank you for sharing the details. How was the workload and the difficulty of the program? Would you choose HAU again?

The workload was very manageable and reasonable - about what I would expect from an MBA program.

Reading was usually case studies, with some classes having assigned textbooks as well. Most classes had weekly discussion board posts with responses, a midterm assignment (usually a paper) and a final assignment or project (usually a longer paper, but in some instances a combination of paper and presentation).

The bulk of the classes were asynchronous, which worked great with my work schedule. 3 classes had group projects of 2-3 people and only 2 classes had required sessions, which were usually at reasonable times. The communications class that I took in the winter term had the most sessions and group presentations, but it made sense. Only 2 classes that any kind of quizzes, so it is mostly writing.

Great class sizes (usually 4-6, no more than 12) and very responsive professors.

Are the exams proctored?

No exams, just quizzes embedded in the course textbook. Non-proctored.

Plenty but that was before they changed the transfers. Now it's a bit more difficult to complete it in 1 session.

If we consider the most affordable options, would you recommend an MBA from HAU for $3,000, which is RA, or Edgewood, which has additional RA + ACBSP accreditation for $5,500?
What are your suggestions? Perhaps there are more alternatives?
