Unfortunately, in reality only about a handful of institutions on the list actually offer CBE programs

Yeah, for NAU, their "Discover personalized learning" link doesn't work anymore... You can always try and get extra info if you wanted to see if there is a comparable option for students who want CBE from the institution. Link: https://nau.edu/experience/online-progra...ed-online/
