Looking for 2 RA Credits

Hey guys, 

I pretty much have almost everything figured and planned out at this point, (thanks!). I'm just looking for 2 more RA credits to finish out my 120. If I can't find I guess I'll just find an extra TECEP, (I'm assuming TESU accepts that as RA), to take and end up with 121. I'm already planning on taking the Medical Terminology course (1 credit) at TESU because I'm interested in it, and I needed another credit for my residency waiver anyways.

1. Does the Intro to Library Research (1 credit) from Clackamas overlap with TESU's Information Literacy and won't give me credit? Even if I take it I'd still need 1 more credit.
   
2. I tried the Jacksonville Financial Course (3 credits), but there's some admission requirements that seem onerous, and I'd have to wait until Spring 2025. Unless I'm missing something.
   
3. I took the three "Cyber Security for …" TEEX courses back in 2018 and have 2 RA credits per (total of 6) I've seen some people on here mention that they didn't get RA for that so I figured I'd put this out there. I'm not sure if that was typical to receive in the past. Anyways, with more recent changes is there a way for me to get more credits out of TEEX? I've also looked for the "MGT343 - Disaster Management for Water & Wastewater Utilities" and didn't find an online section offered.
   
4. I'm planning on taking TESU's General Chemistry I, should I take General Chemistry I w/ LAB for that extra credit

Take the lab with chemistry; if you plan on going into any medical degree after, they would want the course to have the lab as a pre-requirement.

Finding a 2 credit class may be a bit daunting, for the cost, ease, speed of getting RA credits with TECEP, that may be the way to go, find a TECEP you would want to take the exam for and complete that instead... Do you have the residency credits needed to graduate or are you paying the residency waiver fee?

Are you sure you need the 1cr course for your residency? It used to be that you needed 16cr, which meant taking five 3 credit courses plus one extra 1cr course. However, the requirement was changed a few years back to 15cr, so unless you have some unusual resident credits, you shouldn't need odd numbers of credits like that.

I reached out to a medical school asking if they'd accept online courses for my premeds and they said no. I'm not sure if they meant just just TECEPS or CLEP and not if I actually did the TESU-OL with the labs. I'd have to reach out and ask them but it was hard to get a clear answer. I'd be happy to hear what anyone thinks about that.

I was thinking maybe adding the Lab (1) to the chemistry course and that Library course (1) if it doesn't overlap with Info Literacy. I guess I'll run it by an academic adviser. If not I'll go for a TECEP. I do have the residency waiver covered.

Thanks, I'm aware I only need 15 now, but back when 16 was required I took the 1 credit cornerstone. So I had 14 lol. You can check the link to all my credits if you're curious.
