I am looking for a relatively cheap, convenient way to earn an MFA in photography (or possibly also Studio/Visual Arts). He is an extremely accomplished professional photographer with decades of experience, but to teach in any college or anything like that, you apparently need an MFA. If there are any programs that are at least mostly online, that would be great. I know this is a bit random, but if anyone has any ideas, it would be very much appreciated.

SCAD has a MFA in photography online. So does Academy of Arts in San Fran. CA. These programs are not cheap. Your friend could look in the state they live in and see if there are any MFA programs in Photography or Studio Arts, it probably would be cheaper for them especially if it is a state school.
