That's great, you've decided to go with Estine instead of Sobat. I wouldn't choose either as I mentioned a few times through PM, here and the sister board ENEB would be a better option as it's been verified by NACES and NARIC accreditation agencies. Neither of Estine or Sobat has. As I mentioned as well, I don't know if any German university will take them just as is without an evaluation, but if yours does, good for you, you're on your way. Now that concludes our PM's back and forth about 10 times now.... Good luck!

It's hard to say, I searched for the "partnership" they were referring to but couldn't find any concrete evidence. It could be a private college or something in Germany but my hopes aren't too high for that partnership to succeed in making a viable option to get into a PhD program. But you never know, I even recommended ENEB but the OP didn't want to do so much writing. I mean, PhD or any doctoral work *IS* writing...especially if you're documenting/researching the subject matter, the Masters is just a stepping stone in that direction!
