MLA or APA for Sophia Touchstone Essays?

Hi Everyone,

Currently doing a touchstone for English. However, I am unsure of which format they require. Anyone have an idea whether I should be doing APA or MLA for my papers?

Basically, I think the course you take will tell you which format when you start the class touchstone, APA should be the one for Sohpia.org... Study.com mainly uses APA as well, there was only one class that I took asking for MLA... forgot which one though.
