That's the main reason you want to get in contact with the institution to verify you can get the extra discount as others, or at least to an acceptable level that you can 'afford' to pay out of pocket. Don't they have payment plans for their degrees? I see these as monthly payments so it's not a lump sum right at the beginning of the degree. That should help lessen the dent on the wallet...

Good thing on their dynamic pricing, they seem to give free college to Ukraine and in Campus studies to homeless in Germany...
Or so I was told by an Ukrainian student on the WhatsApp group.

Several universities in Europe have been giving free studies to Ukrainians. I think that's great!
