Also to keep in mind - not everyone will take transfers from WGU because they don't give grades.

I'm going to go with everyone else here - get the BSIT and get a job. You'll come out WAY ahead that way.

Instead of two bachelor's degrees, sometimes it makes sense to do 1-2 undergraduate certificates along with a bachelor's. Depending on what career you want and what you'd be going the certificates in.

Also Pell Grants are per year, so half would cover about 1 term at WGU - you would not just sign up for one 6 month term and then get a refund back on the Pell Grant balance. I would suggest you pick the bachelor degree you'd prefer and get it done; trying to beat the system often leaves you without a degree - or worse in debt.

Thank you! I have bad experiences when i try to beat the system, it usually backfires. You are correct, I will definitely focus my BSIT.

I expect you'd be ahead of the game over delaying your degree. You might even end up with an employer who would pay for a masters!

Yes! I will focus on my BS IT degree. I am currently reviewing for my A+ S+ Network Certifications. Thanks!

Hi Sanantone, Yeah thanks, I should focus on IT first and then get MBA in IT in the future. Thank you for your input.

Hi Ideas, You have a very good point there, I will focus on getting my BS IT and from there i'll decide if 1-2 undergraduate certificates or shooting for Master's or MBA is the most cost effective and ROI. Thank you

Thank you everyone for you input. I won't waste time and take the risk so I will just focus on getting my BS IT.
Thanks again

Good choice.

Some Masters are $8500 or less, especially if you can finish faster.
