InstantCert has been amazing and it has enabled me to pass two DSST exams. That being said, I no longer need it and am having difficulty cancelling my membership. In trying to do so, it takes me to some new website (epoch services?), which then requests additional information including my card number to look up an order. I don't know why they made it so difficult but I provided all of the information minus the id number, which is supposed to consist of only numbers. Does anyone know what this id number is? All I have is my login and that is not it. If anyone can shed some light on this for me I'd greatly appreciate it.
