Hello everyone,
I have a question about the test center reimbursement process. I made the request on June 11 and received a follow-up email telling me that the request was being reviewed and that I would receive an update when my request is approved or rejected. It is now June 27 and I have not received any emails. Is this normal, or should I contact Modern States?

That's outside of the normal timeline. Contact them and ask for an update.

I finally heard back from Modern States. My request was approved. I was getting a bit paranoid because the test center fee was quite expensive.

My recollection is that it was 6 or so weeks, maybe a bit longer, before I received test center fee reimbursement. It's just a slow process. That was several years ago, so don't know if it's any quicker now.
