Have anyone made a higher score than 70 in Biology?

I didn't think of it like that. I'm an English major myself, so I always forget that science courses usually have labs attached.

I got a 70....

not bad considering I have not studied any real science in about 15-20 years...

I mostly used the REA book, as someone else said, I made ton's of flash cards.

I also used IC...again with ton's of flash cards....
I think by the time I got to the exam I had about 3 or 4 hundred cards...

Those were my main 2 resources, so it can be done, but I did study my butt off.... oh and I was totally nervous at the end about pressing the 'score me' button.... not sure if I passed....guess I did ok.

Not me, I missed passing by one point (made a 49). I was a former nursing major. Had not taken a science class in years, but studied non-stop for six weeks, hard and still didn't pass this test. I'm planning on retaking the darn thing in November just because I don't like to be defeated. I took a brush up course from LSU in biology (first half) as a part of my plan to do remedial work on biology. I've studied five to ten hours a week on this particular subject from various textbooks and have watched hours of video class on U-tube. We'll see if all this work pays off in November. Until then I passed an environmental science 1 class w/lab this summer and am in the process of taking the second semester w/lab this fall. Still, even with all of the studying I don't think that I have a chance of making 70.
