TESU BALS Free Electives

Hello Everyone,

I have recently started working towards my BALS degree at TESU. My plan is to complete the free courses from TEEX and NFA before using the other credit by exam options. Later this year, I plan on attending a korean language program located in Seoul at one of the major universities. According to the universities website, each 10-week course will result in 6 credits. If I was to take two courses there, would I be able to use the 12 credits towards my degree? If so, what area of the degree would they be applied to (free electives, UL, LL, etc.)? As a side note, I have already obtained 80 credits which includes Spanish 1 and 2 from my local college.

International credits may or may not count, depending on how they are evaluated. You have to get those evaluated by an agency that specializes in that, and that TESU will accept.

If they were accepted, they would fit in almost anywhere; foreign languages are considered humanities, which is covered up in Gen Ed's by Knowledge of Human Cultures, Gen Ed Electives, and then in the Major, they are allowed as well. They will also fit in Free Electives.
