Masters for Teaching College Courses

My advice (in addition to the stuff already given): look for jobs at nearby schools and see what they ask for.  Then, call the school and ask someone there.

Finally, if you get a master's degree in something that interests you already, you'll be ahead of the game in terms of job qualifications.  If you can find a cheap fast one, all the better (I'm thinking UMPI or Brandman's MAOL, WGU's MS in Mgmt/Leadership, or Capella's MEd in Teaching & Learning).
See that's kind of what I wanted to know. I was thinking of doing a masters in leadership. My undergrad is management so the course work is familiar and I know it can be done quickly and cheapily. But I just want to waste the time and money on a degree if it doesn't help me reach my goals.

I know wgu has 2 Med degrees that don't require teacher certificate and I hear they aren't too difficult either. The issue is I think I'd enjoy the leadership courses more. Also there is a project where you have to access to 20 students which is more difficult if I don't have a classroom. Plus organizational leadership could carry weight outside higher ed circles.

In general, any Masters degree would work provided that you have 18 hours in the content area you want to teach. For college orientation level courses, most usually have a Masters in Education with an emphasis in Adult Education, Higher Education, or Leadership.
