So I am taking the Natural Science CLEP test in 7 days & I'm really nervous about it. I've been studying the Biology flashcards, since InstantCert doesn't have one for Natural Sciences specifically. It's A LOT to digest and really only 50% of the NS CLEP, so I was wondering if anyone has advice on other study resources I could use, as well as tips on what to focus more on?

Im taking natural science august 13th and im too is freaking out. I took biology clep and didnt pass, I got a 47 and I studied alot for it. I spent to long on questions and ran out of time. Anyways I used my materials from the biology and bought REA natural science, and looked at flash cards at flashcardexchange.com also I found helpful is crashcoarse videos on youtube about biology. Im not understanding some of the equations and I feel like theres to much info to study.

I don't understand much of the equations myself & I'm really hoping there aren't many of them on the test. I've been using Google search to help out with a lot of things I don't understand & the GED science section of Instantcert is pretty helpful as well. As funny as it may seem, sites such as biology/geography/chemistry for kids really help you understand a lot of information. I too feel like there's way too much info to study. I just hope I study enough info to pass. Goodluck with yours!

I just hope I study enough info to pass. Goodluck with yours! There’s a lot of info on this test, but it’s very broad and shallow. What equations do you mean? The only equations I remember were pretty simple chemistry ones.

I've seen people mention there being questions about balancing chemical equations, which I had a tough time with in high school. I've figured out how to balance them, though, thanks to a helpful website. So I'm prepared for that now if I need it.

I have never taken chemistry, however, after watching the show "Breaking Bad", I'm beginning to understand the results. Like don't put dead bodies in the bath tub because acid will eat right through it, but plastic barrels don't seem to have the effects of acid messing with it.
