Not sure if the capstone is structured in such a way where you "read pages x to z," and how dissimilar the chapters may be. It's infinitely easier for me to read ebooks, especially as I can do so when I have downtime at places where I wouldn't have a physical book on me.
No, you get the one from the syllabus because there are specific case studies referenced in that book.
The cornerstone, I don't believe, has a textbook.
Thank you! I’m all set for now. Almost there.
You can pre-read some of the textbook before the term starts.
Chapters 1-6 will be covered on the midterm exam, so focus on that.

That's basically what I would recommend as well, there's no real proper way to get ahead in any course, the best recommendation is to read ahead and make your own short notes on what concepts that you don't really grasp, what I do is create a personal summary of the chapter contents that I want to review... One more thing, when the class starts, be prepared to complete assignments and discussion posts before the deadlines! Good luck, have fun!

Are there additional resources connected to a 'new' condition book (e.g. access to online resources) that are necessary? Or can a used copy be purchased?

From what I can tell, no.
To all, question: I'm planning ahead by reviewing the midterm study guide. Are the essay topics mentioned the exact topics that will be on the exam? Some have one essay topic, others multiple, but I want to ensure that those are the specific topics that will be covered.
