Sorry, I just saw this. Yes - what's the issue? Has it been resolved?
They are processing them in batches once or twice a week. It's a manual process for this cohort. I think they're not responding to the emails for the port/classes, just doing it and moving on. You just need to login and check, assuming you gave them your class choice when emailing them initially. They should be responding to other issues though.
Has she tried logging in directly through hs.ea.asu.edu? I reported a UI bug that makes it look like the account doesn't exist even though it does when logging into the ea.asu.edu portal instead of the HS one, once the account has been ported. If that's the issue, they are on it.

Just login via HS.

In case others are reading, I am apparently the only one who has reported the UI bug I mentioned. It’s really just a redirect issue post-login from the “sign-in” link in the top right. If you login via the “login link” on the black bar on the main page, it works fine. Nothing to do with the account itself. They’re looking into it.
