If we go that route, would it be similar to what the other of the big 3 would do as well? I know they are all independent of one another, but do they operate similarly or complete opposites.?
Excelsior doesn't require the enrollment fee right up front, nor do they need it for the unofficial evaluation. You only have to pay that if you officially enroll, and it can be spread out on a payment plan.
I cannot say whether COSC or TESC will do that, I am reluctant to say since I never enrolled or applied to either of them.
