Quirky new additions to the
list of TECEP exams: In the new section "1 Credit TESU General Electives," two exams
They join the existing 1-credit TECEP
Medical Terminology (APS-1000-TE), which is listed under Applied Science and Technology.
All three courses are also available as a traditional online course ("formal course"). The formal course is more expensive out of pocket, but is eligible for financial aid and would contribute to the 15 semester hour TESU course residency for a degree.

Three new 1-credit TECEP exams have been added very recently for a total of six added in less than a year. The three new titles are

so these 6 one credit courses + the 3 credit capstone gives 9
you need 6 more for the acceleration fee
anybody who knows anything about computers should be able to do introduction to python for another 3 easily (I haven't taken the course, but python is easy and it is an intro course - so no complicated data structures or AI or anything)
that leave 3 more credits or one simple course

Although TECEP credit doesn’t count toward residency (for non-military students), it looks like these are all also available as non-TECEP courses, and those do count toward residency.
The information literacy cornerstone is an additional 3-credit course in residency, for students doing their first bachelor’s.
