New CSU Global CBEs! They make TESU and Excelsior look bad and COSC look really bad.

I recently sat for a CBE. Proctoring was through Examity.

I've no experience with ProctorU, so I can't compare. The proctor from Examity was polite and professional. I believe the service uses GotoMeeting for the videoconferencing part. I would say the whole thing went pretty smoothly. I found it interesting when I was scheduling the final exam that proctoring seemed to be available 24/7 (unconfirmed).

I guess sanantone's right: the exams would be much more popular if one could register directly without going through the initial enrollment process. On the upside everyone I've contacted at CSU was very helpful, professional, and quick to respond.
