New Grad Cert in Special Education

Apparently UMPI has two graduate programs now the MAOL and the second one is a grad cert: https://www.umpi.edu/yourpace/academic_p...grad-cert/

Anyone know anything about this?? I don't see what courses are required or anything? How long has this been around?

Also unreleated but that is the difference in requirments between a BA Accounting and BBA Accounting?
