I'm not sure this is true. You can't add a class until you have an ACE account. The ACE account needs to be set up first, then classes added to the transcript.

Can you kindly please provide structure of the exam?
what is the exam contains (Multiple choice, Answer/Questions, Essays, True/false)?
Is there any advise or suggestions before taking exam like what needs to be study?

You're saying two slightly different things. You don't need to have finished a course to have an ACE account.
But really it doesn't matter. Just do it whenever. You can set it up as you wait to complete your course, or set it up after you've finished your first one. Either way you'll be able to add it once you've completed it.

My wife just did it herself, it asks for a completed course on setup - She said it wouldn't continue the setup without a class to add at creation.

I just did a fake one, and if you don't put in your SS# at the beginning, but choose to continue, it lets you create an account without adding a class.

Weird because yesterday it wouldn't let her go forward without picking a provider/course

I just logged into my husband's ACE account, which I created for him a short while ago. No courses in it (I'm still nagging him to do one :p).

Even with the ssn info provided, you don't need to add a class before you can create an account, did get one up about 3 hours ago; the ssn is used to search if you previously have any credit in their database, I presume.
