Hi all,
I know that the BSBA in General Management is the only degree left where you can test out of the capstone. I just have 2 questions:
1. Is this likely to change in 2016? I mean, I know no one here is privy to TESU course change meetings, but what do you think? If they've eliminated all the other degrees you can completely test out of, it seems like this last one might be on the chopping block.
2. If I want to lock in the current syllabus, do I have to pay the tuition if I am on a per credit plan? I guess what I am asking is how much money do I need to pay up front to guarantee I can get the current course requirements?
Thanks very much for taking the time to answer a newbie's questions!

If they make a change, it'll likely be on July 1, so I highly recommend making sure you're locked into the current catalog before the end of June.
I'll let someone else tackle the second question, though. I think you just need to be enrolled and have registered for a TECEP, but I'm not 100% sure.

For locking in a catalog you apply as a degree seeking student and within 6 months must enroll. Most students choose to enroll by registering for a TECEP. It can be any TECEP, one that is interesting, easy or that will work for your degree plan. For the pay per credit plan you enroll and then register for a TECEP. For the TECEPs you register for a particular semester. 10 days into the semester you register for you will become an enrolled student. You then remain an enrolled student for 12 months. To maintain the enrollment you must earn at least 3 credits (from TESU) per 12 month period. The contract programs (military, corporate choice, etc.) have different requirements. TESU recently made changes to the application process. If you want to graduate from TESU you must apply as degree seeking student and select a degree program.
